Sue Baxter holds an MA in Psychotherapy and is a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP), The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP).
Graduating in Craniosacral Therapy from The Karuna Institute in 2002.
Sue trained in stress management with the International Stress Management Association in 1994.
Sue offers supervision to health care practitioners and complementary therapists.
In the healthcare profession since 1980. Sue’s background is as a Registered General Nurse having converted from an Enrolled Nurse, originally qualifying in 1983. She has been working in complementary medicine since 1993. She set up The Natural Therapy Centre in 1994 to provide a place for people to access complementary and alternative therapies and to provide a place for therapist to work from.
Sue is committed to on-going professional development as well as regular supervision.
Having herself practiced various forms of meditation, particularly mindfulness, for many years. She occasionally offers a short introduction to meditation course.
Often asked to give workshops and talks. She has worked with social services, the college of nursing, UEA, the deaf association, women’s groups, and various other organisations. She has assisted on continual professional development courses for Osteopaths from 2004 to 2017.
She holds a current Enhanced Certificate from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
