Often it is not until you receive massage that you realise your muscles are tight and the tension we carry. Massage helps you to become more aware of and in tune with your body.
Massage encourages deep relaxation, releases tension and stimulates energy and blood flow therefore relieving mental and physical fatigue. It helps detoxify the body and improves circulation. This type of treatment is used for general aches and pains as well as more specific injuries to muscles and tendons etc. It is great for relaxation and stress management.
